“Antica Pizzeria” is a traditional, family-run company with a long history in the pizza-making business, dating back over four generations. As we are constantly looking into new technologies and improving our R & D activities, still we do strive to keep on having a special loving care while day-to-day manufacturing. On top of that we are extra careful in using the best quality ingredients and raw materials available on the market at any given time and for any given product. We do particularly focus on our special “ flour mixes , which are daily tested and monitored all the way throughout the production process. Let alone a long string of base ingredients ( Italian extra-virgin olive oil, sunflower-seed oil, sea-salt, etc..) which make it possible for us to obtain superior quality products. You can then safely say that our pizza products all share a great taste, state-of-the-art bite and freshness, and are altogether very light and easy on your digestion.
